Stream Tech designed & installed the following: Palm Oil Mill Wet Scrubber Control Panel, Digester & Press Control, Conveyor Control Panel, Water Pump Control Panel, Crane Control Panel, Mill Control Panel, Boiler Control Panel and Pump Control Panel, AHU Fan Control using Mitsubishi Inverter, Booster Pump Control Panel, Water Pressure System Control Panel, Filling Machine Control Panel.
Electrical Control Panels - Power Mixer
Stream Tech re-designed, constructed and replace the electrical panel for a powder mixer at a pharmaceutial factory.
Electrical Control Panel - MSB
Stream Tech was called to immediately rectify MSB (Main sub-switchboard) after an arcing/burn incident. We designed and built a new MSB, complete with improvements and upgraded control features. We were also able to help client in the documentation for insurance claims.
Electrical Control Panel - Full Works
Stream Tech was responsible for the complete design, fabrication, build, install, commissioning and maintenance of this control system panel for our client. We also provided the necessary design drawings (including control circuit designs) and provided full documentation for client.
Electrical Control Panel - Chiller
Stream Tech helped to refurbish a chiller control panel at an extrusion plant. Works include the total replacement of the old control panel with new units, upgrade and improved with Minilec Motor Protection relays.
